I’m Kayla of the Sow Simple Homestead. I am a lover of gardening, baking, and a variety of crafts, looking to share the tips and tricks I learn along the way with you! I’ve only been gardening for a few years here in Virginia, but have been knitting for over ten years after teaching myself, and crocheting and sewing since childhood. I’ve come to appreciate these hobbies that have waned in occurrence over previous years and am working to bring them back to the forefront as I find myself trying to slow down and savor the little joys in life. I hope that this blog offers the same opportunity for you to find a new hobby, enjoy little moments, and truly love all the little things that make up the day to day.
